Terms and conditions stated apply to beauty services provided by The Browfectionists™ ABN: 13 517 063 551. Upon making a booking a with The Browfectionists™ you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Updated terms and conditions may be updated, these updated terms will be listed via the booking system.
DEPOSITS
The Browfectionists require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to confirm all bookings. A 24-hour notice is required in order to reschedule all appointments. Bookings are secure upon online booking confirmation and payment of a non-refundable deposit. The estimated balance stated is to be finalised the day of your appointment.
R E S C H E D U L I N G
If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, if within 24 hours of your original scheduled appointment, you may reschedule via your confirmation email. Just click "change appointment". No further changes can be made to your appointment after 24 hours. Please note that while this policy is in place, I understand that life happens. In most cases, I try to be lenient and will do my best to accommodate unexpected changes or emergencies, especially for first-time occurrences.
C A N C E L A T I O N S
To cancel your appointment, please use the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email by clicking on “change appointment”. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact me directly. Please note the remaining amount may be due if cancellations are made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please note that while this policy is in place, I understand that life happens. In most cases, I try to be lenient and will do my best to accommodate unexpected changes or emergencies, especially for first-time occurrences.
LATe ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time or preferably 5 minutes early to avoid disruption or reduced appointment time. Late arrivals may result in cancellation after 5-10 minutes and will be charged the remaining balance. Additionally, it may not be possible to complete the full treatment if you arrive late.
H E A L T H
For the safety of my clients, any client that shows any symptoms/signs of any contagious infections or illnesses such as; covid-19, cold sores, staph Infections, open cuts, conjunctivitis etc, will have their appointment rescheduled, or receive a credit note. Clients must advise artist Rachel of any allergies, illnesses, skin conditions, eye conditions, acne medications etc prior to the appointment. In no event shall Rachel of The Browfectionists have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised.
P R E P A R A T I O N S
For best results for Brow treatments, you may arrive at your appointment product, tan and makeup-free around your brow area. If any tint is applied on top of existing tan or if tan is applied after your brows have been tinted you may expose your brows to some issues including; darkening, tint bleeding or smudging, or discolouration. However, your Lash lift/lash tint/dye treatment appointment WILL be cancelled if you do arrive with mascara/eyeliner/lashes/glue on.
A F T E R C A R E
Please be sure to follow all aftercare allocated to you after each treatment. Oily skin types will experience quicker fading. Clients who choose to go with a lighter shade of tint will also experience quicker fading. In no event shall the staff of The Browfectionists have any liability to the results or longevity of each treatment performed, we do not guarantee, represent or warrant that the longevity from each service.
M O T H E R S
To mothers; babies and children are more than welcome! Babies in strollers, if secured well and position close by are welcomed. However, all children/babies must be supervised at all time, preferably by another trusted adult as my studio space is not childproofed and may result in injury if children are not supervised. Please be mindful that allocated time is set per client and your appointment may not be completed if an issue occurs which cuts into the time of your appointment. All damages/mess must be replaced, cleaned or reimbursed.

I cannot warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. Consultation and communication are important, and I encourage open dialogue to ensure your needs are met. I will provide my professional opinion and advice in an open and honest dialogue to ensure you are comfortable and aligned with the treatment plan. I prioritise your safety and satisfaction and will not proceed with any service that I deem unsuitable for you.

In no case shall The Browfectionists, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind..
In no case shall The Browfectionists, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
